This is old story, His dad passed away on monday, no practice untill yesterday he showed up. Expect to start. Very emotional, he will not be a fame QB like Brett Favre, but like Brett, he will dedicate this game to his late father. (It happened as a same team as Oakland)

Give BB 2.5k he makes it 20k within 3 months 99out

Who knows if it helps or hurts him. I do know after the game the "pundits" will claim one of two things. If Cassell plays poorly and they lose then it will go something along the lines of "who could expect this young man to perform well under the circumstances this week".

If Cassell plays well and N/E blows them out then it will go something along the lines of "Cassell is a great man and you just know he was doing this for his father and he wouldn't be denied today".

if cassell is out its tempting to take the raiders ml

cant believe i just said that lol

and i am a raider fan too. had high hopes for this season. atleast 7-9 thought their defense was going to be much tougher and their offense would atleast have a running game

but if cassell is out and with all the pats injuries not sure how they would win this won... unless the raiders blow it themselves, which is entirely possible
