Time for another edition of my chalk thread for the week. Each week i like to pick one favorite that i think will utterly smoke the underdog. I love picking blowouts. Last week I had NIU over Toledo in an easy blowout winner and two weeks ago I had Florida in another romp. My season total on these plays now stands at 7-1 ATS.
This Saturday I'm going to roll with Nebraska -11 over Baylor. I really don't feel that Baylor has the defensive personnel to stop Nebraska much at all. On the flip side of the ball, Baylor has arguably the worst OL in the Big 12. Nebraska's defense overall is extremely mediocre for the Big 12, but their D-Line is their strength for sure. I see Nebraska controlling both lines of scrimmage no problem and cruising to an easy 20 + point win at home. Looking for a 42-20 type score here.
