East Tenn. is in a new conference. They are now a member of the Atlantic Sun, which is a non-lined conference. If it was a tournament game, you might see an outlaw line.
They used to be in the Southern, which was on the added games roster.
FWIW, they have the best PG in the conference in Timmy Smith, and are co-faves to win it in my eyes.

Earl I agree, have seen numbers on far more obscure. Made a homemade line for my friend, we negotiated, and I have a winner.
