As a Florida guy, I have no clue why ANYONE would take UF. To cover -5 means UF needs to win by 6 or more. Can UF score 6 points? Unless the D or ST's gets a score I'm not so sure. This is the most incompetent coaching staff in all of college football. The UF offense is ranked DEAD LAST in Division 1. 130th out of 130. It does't get any worse....
This is is the most baffoonish thing I've ever read here.
After one game.

Thanks coach. I appreciate all thoughts, opinions, stats, on games. My bet is already in. From my notes here is why I played Florida.
It's a home game for them after opening up with Michigan 2 weeks ago. They did score 17 points against a very tough Michigan team and defense. Tenn has not done well in this series especially on the road in this series where they are 0-5 last 5 road games in this series and 1-11 last 12 in the series. (like it) Tenn broke a 11 game skid in this series last year at home (38-28). So I was kind of hoping that would add a little fuel to the fire for the Gators. Tenn is 1-4 ats last 5 road games. (like it) In a matter of fact Tenn is 7-16 straight up last 23 road games. (seem to not to well on the road in sec games. (like it) Florida is 15-4 straight up last 19 at home. (like it)
I'm hoping the extra week off that Florida had to prepare for the Vols will help out. Meanwhile Tenn beat up on my Sycamores at home last week.
Those were my thoughts, reasons, and numbers on why I played Florida.

U, to be clear, I wasn't trashing your pick. I was simply commenting on UF - as I consider myself very knowledgeable on that subject. This is a gambling website, so I don't come on here to talk shit or act "bafoonish". I enjoy reading your picks and following your picks, so if I came across as trashing your pick I do apologize.
As Skeeter pointed out, UF's offense scored 3 points vs. Michigan - who replaced 10 starters on defense. UF rushed for 11 yards. ELEVEN YARDS! The offense is too unpredictable and too inconsistent. The OL is garbage and there's a redshirt freshman making his 2nd career start. The OC is among the worst in the country and the head coach is in over his head. In addition, the Defense is struggling - having replaced 6 starters. Of course, they could have a game like the UK game last year where they put up 40+....but it's more likely they shit the bed and put up an egg. My point is, I'd be very careful betting UF. If anything, taking an Under on them seems more appropriate.
