2015 NCAA Football

1 unit: 2-2 -.20
2 unit: 2-1 +1.80

Overall: 4-3 +1.60

Played these. Will get up my reasons soon.

Wiscy -33 (1)

Expecting a much better game from Wiscy in their home opener. They have won 19 straight home openers by average of 21 and 32 straight non c by average of 25 ppg. With Troy on deck they will not be looking ahead. Miami Ohio just doesn't have the horses to stay in this game.

Arkansas over 54 1/2 (1)

Ark can put a lot of points up on the board as they proved that last year. Of course HC Bielema loves to run it up whenever possible. Toledo will hopefully score some points as they are always competing for titles in the mac.

Tenn P (1)

How many years have they been saying Tenn is on its way back? Too many! (7-6 last year) They hung with Oklahoma last year in the first half and with all of their returning starters and coach Jones 3rd season I expect them to win this game at home. Tenn has won 20 straight home openers. On the other hand, Okl are 14-3 in their last 17 openers on the road. This should be a very interesting game in which I almost always like to have the home team on my side in the close ones.

Michigan -15 1/2 (1)

I just have to take a chance with Michigan in their home opener with Harbaugh looking for his 1st W. That place will be at capacity 105,000 most of them Michigan fans wanting results. Michigan battled hard and had their chances last week at Utah. Oregon St beat Weber St but sure didn't play very well. Anderson is a little familiar with Wiscy since he coached at Wiscy but they did not play that year.

BYU +3 (1)

I'm aware that Hill is done for the season. I watched the entire BYU/Neb game and still am impressed enough with the entire BYU team to play them at home as dogs. The frosh QB was highly heralded coming into this season and will do just fine. BYU is a very physical team. BS crushed them last year 55-30 to hand BYU their 4th straight loss. They caught them in a 3 game skid and without Hill that game. I don't know, just think this will be a tough spot for BS as they really didn't look that tough against a very inexperienced Wash team last week at home.

Penn St -20 (2)

Either I'm the biggest fool there is or going to be on spot on this one. Penn St ran into a very physical team in Temple and were just out played by the hungrier team. Penn St has the chance to bounce back big in their home opener against a Buff team that I do not think will be able to stop Penn St on D. Besides the fact that Penn St has the far superior talent, Hackenberg should be able to exploit this Buff D that gave up 47 to Army, 36 to Bowling Gr, and 37 to E Mich last year. I'm hoping for a easy cover for a change.

Cal-12 (2)

I have Cal down as one of my sleeper teams this season. Evidently, by this line they definitely aren't fooling the books. I just think they have an offense who can put up points very quickly and a D who is supposed to be much better than last year. Always dangerous in these instate games but that's why it's gambling. I wish I'd of played this game yesterday as their was a lot of value in the line. I obviously still like Cal in this one.

Texas Tech over 65 1/2 (2)

Their won't be to many times I won't be playing TT over this year. Just an offensive minded coach with another poor D that will give up their share of points. The two teams put up 56 at UTEP last year (30-26) and I expect TT to score a lot ore than 30 at home with 9 starters back on that offense.

Good luck my friends, and always bet reasonable!

good luck

GL this week, Uni.

That TTU vs UTEP will be an interesting one, with TTU being an over type machine versus UTEP, an under machine and possibly the slowest paced team in the history of modern football right now, lol.

I have Michigan -14 on a futures wager. If Harbaugh cannot cover this game, fire him.

Cal is no sleeper. They can score. They will lose their share of games, but only to teams that can score with them. San Diego State is not one of those teams.

Penn State is just terrible on offense. Buffalo scored 51 against a nobody last week. If they can score 7 against Penn State, they may cover.

I passed on the OU-Tennessee game. Someone is going to get a huge boost and someone is going to be headed for a 5 loss season. I would give the edge to OU, but Stoops and his coaching staff are flakey at best sometimes.

I hope we both hit Michigan. I'm really hoping that Penn St got a wake up call after the poor effort at Temple.

Cal and SD St are going to light-up h scoreboard like a Christmas Tree. Sticking with Cal -12 at home and OV61 might be covered by the end of the 1ST Half.
Utep/TT is going to go way Under the total of 65.5 (Both Teams are struggling to put up any kind of points.)
Buff/Pitt Buff rolled in its season opener. Where Penn St struggled against a better pass Defensive squad. Paying on Buff +20 until Penn St shows it wants to win.

Welcome to the RX.

Texas Tech scored 59 in their only game so far this season. I hate to see their score when they quit struggling.

Hey United, good luck this week/year.

Personally, I would tread lightly on that Michigan pick as OSU's QB is a game-breaker. Michigan's on the other hand - not so much. I really think that is too large of spread for a team that hasn't showed much on offense...I expect OSU to pack it in tight and force Michigan's QB to win the game.

I really think this game can be won by OSU if they can win the TO battle.

Love Cal this week!

Welcome me to the RX where you will find some pretty cool people. My bets are already in, but I definitely will keep a eye out on the OSU qb.
