Lowell at 1-1 and 0-0 ats scoring 81.5 ppg and giving up 83.0 ppg for a diff of -1.5
Indy at 1-0 and 1-0 ats scoring 103 ppg giving up 99 ppg for a diff of 4.0

To early to help make lines with out enough info based on the diff. It's not to early to know that Indiana and Crean love to beat up on the cupcakes. They would beat up on any team if they could. It's the way they play the game. It's their bench. It's something about being at home.

last year: Last season at home non-conf IU beat E. Illinois by 39, Austin Peay by 26, Creighton by 21, Alc St by 42, Morehead by 33, IUPU by 25, McNeese by 45, and Kennasaw by 27.
So of course I'll make a play on IU. They put up 103 against Kansas although OT helped but still a ton of points for an opener against as team like Kansas that just beat Duke last night.
Lowell lost non conf games last year to Northwestern (22) Rutgers (23) and to ND (27),

Tulsa at 0-1 and 0-1 scoring 73.0 ppg and giving up 84.0 ppg for a diff of -11.0
Wichita at 2-0 and 1-0 ats scoring 88.5 ppg and giving up 47.0 ppg for a diff of 41.5

Wow! Lose Baker and VanFleet and still crunching opponents. Marshall is one of the best coaches around and he can recruit. He gets players that fit into his system. This season is no different. They are good and talented. They already beat up on SCS 92-55 and Long Beach St 85-39. How can I not play them this game. Tulsa is down this year as they lost 4 starters from last years 20-12 team. They will get better as the new players get used to one another.

Wichita St will have a shot at revenging last year's 10 point loss at Tulsa.
Wichit St is 7-3 straight up and 7-3 ats last 10 in this series.

Just taking a chance that Marshall will want to get this one and I think he will get it done at home.

Wis Mil at 1-0 and 0-0 scoring 88.0 ppg and giving up 58.0 ppg for a diff of 30.0
Memphis at 1-0 and 0-0 ats scoring 94.0 ppg and giving up 75.0 ppg for a diff of 19.0

Can't tell anything from their openers as they both won easily. I can't even figure out the abbreviation of the team Milw beat. MSOE?
Anyway, both teams with new coaches and Memphis with the well known Tubby Smith at the helm. Memphis has some talent on the team and hopefully new life for their program. I just can't imagine anything else but a super effort in this one. Milw coming off a great season at 20-13 but return no starters from that team and also gone are the top 6 scorers. Now I know Jordan is going to be a good coach and can recruit and everything, but this just may be to big of a test for his teams road opener. Stranger things have happened, but I'm on the home team in this one.

Northwestern at 2-0 and 1-1 ats scoring 90.0 ppg and giving up 67.5 ppg for a diff of 22.5
Butler at 1-0 and 1-0 ats scoring 89.0 ppg and giving up 52.0 ppg for a diff of 37.0

Butler is tough at home! Butler is 7-1 straight up in its last 8 games at home. The total has gone OVER in 4 of Butler's last 6 games at home. Northwestern is 1-7 SU in its last 8 games on the road. The total has gone OVER in 5 of Northwestern's last 7 games on the road.

Both teams can shoot the 3 pointer and both teams are very good from the ft line. NW days of Bill Carmody are long gone now and they can score some points. That's why I like the over in this one. I like Butler at home and think they will have a really fine season. They return 3 starters and have picked up a lot of help with RS Savage from GW and Avery Woodson a RS from Memphis have a bench that can play. They have a nice mixture of vets and newcomers. Butler non conf w's last year by 44, 29, 25, and 33 points. Well I don't expect a spread like that against this NW team but I do think they can win by at least 10 or more.

UTSA at 0-2 and 2-0 ats scoring 65.0 ppg and giving up 70.5 ppg for a diff of -5.5
ILCHI at 0-1 and 1-0 ats scoring 80.0 ppg and giving up 82.0 ppg -2.0

UIC lost a tough opener by 2 on the road a Frisco. They hit 11 3's and had 9 steals. They returned 4 starters (5-25) from a team that took it's licks last season. Well it might not be that much better this season, they have a good chance at winning this home opener imo. Illinois-Chicago is 8-2-1 ATS in its last 11 games. Mostly because they were always getting a ton of points.

UTSA (5-27) last year and fired their coach. They are still predicted to finish last in conf play. I may be sorry that I played this game, but hoping for a nice win by the Flames.

Bounce back on Thursday, UNITED! It was brutal for many of us Wednesday in college hoops.

See you later today, and I'm very grateful for your plays as well as detailed analysis.

College hoops can be very frustrating. For example: Butler makes basket and gets a foul called very late in the game. WAIT: no basket says the ref, before the shot, it was a horrible call and dictated the rest of the game because NW would have had to foul at the end because they would have been down. Total most likely goes over and Butler wins 2nd half which I lost by a fricking point because of that call. IU gets up 30 points midway into 2nd half. What I thought was a great bench pisses around and lead cut down to 22. Last 5 minutes they play around and miss shots, mind you this is players 9-12 out there while Lowell still has their best in the game. Then Memphis up 14 at the half and win by 14.

But: Bet reasonably if you want to last the whole season.

This is by far the BEST ADVICE you could've posted. THANK YOU for your sage counsel, and I hope ALL take this to heart! ^!:
