going to go with SMU +7 at Memphis , Both these teams are playing well, the total is 148 and of course i tend to lean OVER, but right now i am on SMU+7 i do not think this line will go up, but who knows just how i feel, SMU is a decent team and Memphis has been hectic here and there this year, SMU has no really bad losses this year, they have been in their games to be honest, biggest loss was 66-79 at home to Texas AM back when A+M was playing really well, they lost by 2 to a good Dayton team, Lost by 2 at Arizona st in a game they should have won easily, looking back at that game they had 12 more shots than Ariz st did, they made 10 more shots than Ariz st did, so how did they lose 74-76??? free throws , but if they would have shot theirs a little better they could have won still as they were 10/19 but AZ st was 32/43 , 24 more ft's making 22 more and winning by 2, SMU should have won that game by 10+...even the loss to Dayton was a game they should have won, again getting 10 more shots, but Dayton that day shot 47% 24/51 and 50% from 3 10/20 , SMU only shot 41% 26/63 and only 21% from 3 5/22 ft's were the same, ...in this matchup SMU is the better defensive team, and they are the better shooting team also, they should be able to shoot the 3 better , even away they shoot the 3 at 42%, to Memphis's 33% at home, overall shooting away is 49% to 45% for Memphis, effective is 56% to 52%, shooting the 2 they are both at 53% , SMU is giving up 61 pts a game and when on the road its still only 65 pts, they average 75 a game and away its 73 Memphis at home is avg 83 and 71 so you have a +8 and a +12 i do not think Memphis gets 81, i think this will be more of a 74-71 type of game, and after all that SMU is 3-0 ats away this year and Memphis is 1-5 ats at home i am on SMU +7

also going over 148 U Mass/Dayton Dayton can score , sure they prefer games in the 60's but they have had plaenty of games where they have gotten to the high 70's and 80's, even a couple of 90's but usually based on tempo of other team, i think U Mass will be able to score some points here and keep this pace up tempo a bit, if they do not unless its a blowout, then this will be a 70-65 game type , but a blowout is possible where we have a 83-67 type of game or what i think is a 80-74 type so i am going OVER this total i do think it goes up a point or so

adding a play on Penn st +4 at home vs Michigan, just do not like how Michigan has been playing, and Penn st at home has done well , Michigans last 3 games they are a -7 in score margin averaging 81 and giving up 87 points, away they are even 81 and 81, Penn st last 3 they are +4 averaging 74 and giving up 70, at home Penn st is +17 where they avg 78 and give up 61 , Michigan has a small edge in shooting, but at Home Penn st won last year big over Michigan who i think had a better team then then now where they won 83-61 , maybe they catch michigan reeling here , this game is in Philly , grabbing 4 here small play

Going with Fairfield -2 over marist, both teams have had streaks this year, but FF is on theirs right now winning the last 7 straight, they do have one common game where FF lost to Iona but Marist beat Iona, 2 totally diff game, FF caught a hot shooting Iona team who shot 50% and 55% from 3 that day, while the Marist/Iona game had 83 ft's in it, so i throw that out, shooting is about even, but the last 3 games FF is shooting much better than marist is, and at the FT line where Marist is at 59% to 78% for FF, this could be a game like that, ill lay the small number here , looking for a 5-7 pt win by FF who has won the last 3 vs Marist

Mnt St Marys has actually \been playing pretty good, and yes st.Peters is on a winning streak also but i do not get the total, at 129 i like MSM in this game, they have been scoring in the 70"s not sure if St Peter can hold them under 65 , they score 66+ this is an over i think, MSM is ranked 72nd in shooting % and St Peter is ranked 341, MSM is averaging about 7 more shots a game, St Peter is avg 62 pts and gives up 62 , at home is 65 and 62 MSM is averaging 73 giving up 71 away they avg 70 give up 74 and MSM is the better shooting team, even away they are better than st peter is at home ..away they shoot the 2 at 52.7% at home SP shoots it at 39%...shooting away is 45% to 36% for SP at home , effective shooting is 48% to 40% , last 3 games MSM has been shooting better than that, i like them +2 but i feel if ya like them ya got to like the OVER ...i think this gets to 135+

Maryland at Minnesota Maryland +1.5 total 135.5 well looking back Maryland has owned these guys, i mean they have won the last 10, and in the last 2 years whether home or away Maryland has been a 7 pt or more favorite, well it stops here today, Minnesota gets this game today, i am taking them ML -120 ,
Away Maryland has a -5 score margin as they avg 57 points and give up 62, and Minnesota at home has a +19 score margin as they avg 83 and give up 64, and in the shooting Minnesota is so much better , they shoot the 3 at 37% at home and maryland shoots 23% away....the 2 Maryland shoots 43% away, and Minnesota shoots it at 59% at home, they shoot 35% to 50% in regular shooting .
