yesterday: 8-3 +4.65

overall: 52-39 +9.05

I will be playing more but I wanted to get this up because I just played it.

#520 Pitt -14 -110

Pitt is a veteran team that goes 10 deep. They are shooting 49.3 % fg, 74.2 ft%, & 38 % 3 pt land, along with 49 rebs a game. After 3 games the most minutes that a starter has logged is 24 minutes. They are well rested and should be ready to go. This will be Kent St biggest test by far in the early season. I think they will get killed on the boards (43) and I expect their 43% fg will go down with the Pitt big's.

Thanks for posting this play early. I bought a 1/2 point and have Pittsburgh -13 -120 for this game. Look forward to the rest of your Saturday card! :toast:

United, I now see that it's now Pittsburgh -12.5 at my book. Peeps are betting on Kent State. I should've of waited! Hope the point differential doesn't come into play. What score do you forecast for this game in terms of margin of victory? :think2:

From looking at the match-ups for the game on past games played so far: KS margin of Victory is 8 and Pitt margin is 33.7 for 25.7 difference. That is very open to discrepancy because of schedule for teams. It is just one thing that I look at for games that I play. In this case even if you subtract -14 from that you still get a + 11.7. Not enough games and balance to base all of this on, but just a thing that I always look at. Of course Pitt is home so different teams have a stronger home court advantage than others. So it just depends on how much you think home court, injuries and all of the other factors that you try and weigh in before you make a bet. Obviously I think Pitt will win by more than the 11.7 that this comes out to. I think home court, experience of starting 5 and bench, ft, fg, rebs, gives my play grater value than the line is, in estimation Pitt wins by 18.
