Ok lady and gents, let's get this thing started this weekend.....yeah the forum has been on the blink, but looks like TheRX has found a new address for the forum.
I'll post last year's final leaderboard (give Eek something to shoot for, lol)
Here are the rules, for all you new guys:
The contest runs for 16 weeks and is broken down by quarters (4 weeks in each quarter).....You may miss one week in a quarter, after that you can continue but won't be eligible to tag someone with an avatar if you end up finishing 1st or 2nd for that quarter.
Got some shirts to give away for the quarterly winners.
1st place each quarter....shirt and get to assign an avatar to a fellow participant for 2 weeks
2nd place each quarter....get to assign an avatar for 1 week.
Format:
5 picks each week:
2 NCAA (sides or totals)
2 NFL (sides or totals)
1 Play of Week pick in either NCAA or NFL, and it is worth double.
Each play is a flat $100 risked (POW play is $200)
EXAMPLE:
Week 1 plays:
NFL
Cincy +5, @ betjm
Oak +10 @ vip
NCAA
So Cal -14 -120 @ betjm
Texas -24 @ oly
POW
New England -5 @ betjoint
*You don't have to post all your plays at once. Just quote your previous post when adding picks, please.
Remember we are Laying 100 on each play, 200 on the POW for a total of
$600 in play for each person that week.
Like to see where the lines come from and we'll assume that the "vig" is -110 unless otherwise stated.
100 to win 90
200 to win 180, etc.
