Detroit is in a severe slump which they will likely break tonight with a combination of home cooking and the Bucks' mediocrity. But I believe that it will be close, and close enough to warrant putting money on a generous 5.5 points with plus money.

I think you might have something with the Bucks as Detroit may be looking ahead to Minny for revenge. They have not been the same team since that game. Little hesitant pulling the trigger on the Bucks but what the hell. Good luck on all your plays.

You have a good point in being hesitant to pull the trigger on Milwaukee. I believe that Detroit will win this game and might even cover -- just that it will be an uphill fight for them even against the Bucks.

Bear in mind though that my risk assessments are probably different from many players because of the fact that I play almost exclusively +100 or better games; therefore instead of the traditional 53-55% breakeven point I can actually get away with 50% or even the high 40's before I'm losing money -- so I sometimes take risks that might not be appropriate for another player's strategy.

Not that I think I have a lot of "followers" anyway, but if you do follow my picks I think it's important to bear this in mind. Any game can go any way on any given night. Detroit might well blow the shoes off of Redd. & Co. tonight. It's just a matter of taking calculated risks.
