sticking with what I know ... Raptors hit the road for the second time with the new lineup ... the first road game was vs Philly -where they handed the sixers an uncommon home loss - granted, the sixers were injured and may even have been without Iverson ...
now Toronto travels West down the I-90 for a tilt with King James and the rest of the young, energetic Cavaliers ...
TORONTO has won its previous 4 games three of which were at home ... they are 4-1 ats the past 5 ... this game will come down to the fundamental superiority of the Raptors ... man for man I think the Raptors have the talent advantage ... their top scorer is averaging 6 points more than his oppponent (Vince vs James) ... with three scoring threats on the floor at all times and their new committment to defense I look for the Raptors to continue their recent winning ways ...
Having said all of that, does the line not look a little suspicious ?! I swore to myself I would never fall into the trap of the 1.5 road favourite again ... but I just cannot see the Raptors lapsing against this squad ... there are plenty of motivational angles which suggest the Raptors may want it atleast as bad as the home town dogs ... so as long as they are interested think the Raptors can win by the one bucket required ... Bosh being the wildcard - this kid plays well beyond his years ... I am going to stick kmy neck out tonight on this team ... I am a BELIEVER !
