NBA totals under on MLK day..??

This was a lock a few years back; then seemed to go out of style; probably adjustments by books; and perhaps just a statistical freak...

Is it smart to just bet under every NBA total on MLK day..??

I play the ones that tip off before 3:00pm locally only,I do that almost any day,phoe/Minn barely came in yesterday as a 2:30 start,just how I play it
