</TD></TR><TR><TD vAlign=top colSpan=3>Pistons forward Rasheed Wallace picked up his 15th and 16th technical fouls of the season in the fourth quarter of Wednesday's loss against New Orleans and was automatically ejected from the game.
The 16th tech means that Wallace will have to miss sit out Friday at Orlando because of league rules. And this is probably just another reason that Michael Curry's future as the Pistons' coach is very much up in the air.

</TD></TR><TR><TD vAlign=top colSpan=3>Rasheed Wallace has not been suspended for Friday's game against the Magic after the league rescinded two of his technical fouls.
He picked up what appeared to be his 15th and 16th technicals on Wednesday, and 16 is the magic number for a one-game suspension. However, the Pistons learned Thursday that the techs Wallace received on Dec. 23 and Feb. 7 have been rescinded by the league. Therefore, he can still receive one more T free of charge and should play on Friday, unless he's suspended for throwing a towel in referee Bill Kennedy's direction as he left the court Wednesday.

A final decision is expected to be made at game time, but odds are clearly not in Nash's favor. The good news is that even if Nash doesn't play on Thursday, Gentry has hope that he can return to face Toronto on Friday.

Tim Duncan - F/C - Spurs

Tim Duncan's quad injury simply requires rest, and will not necessitate surgery.
Coach Gregg Popovich said that the injury was "not quite as bad" on Wednesday, and Duncan is expected to be reevaluated Friday. There's still no official word on Duncan's availability for Friday night's game against the Cavs. Feb. 26

Delonte West - G - Cavaliers

Delonte West (wrist) is expected to play against the Rockets on Thursday.
West will start but how much he plays is certainly in question. Doctors have told him that the risk of re-injury is not high, and his ability to play will be determined by his pain tolerance and flexibility. After commenting that he's unsure he will be able to recover in time for Friday's game, it's possible that the Cavs limit him tonight, making both him and replacement Daniel Gibson questionable fantasy plays. Oden worked out with the team on Thursday and did some light running. Apparently this running did not sway coach Nate McMillan, who was evaluating Oden's running to determine his status for Friday. Absent a report that he will play prior to next week's games, owners will have a hard time starting him in weekly leagues.
