NBA Computer Pick Per Day ...Most Days...Maybe

I like Atlanta - they've been on fire...but this is the first game on the road after a long home stand, it's a back-to-back for them, they took down Utah, but some say they didn't look good doing it.

That's said, they're still my favorite play for the night (-4 and ML), but I can't stand the Bulls so my preferences may be colored. Hope they do the job.

Atlanta was on track until the 4th - at the 4:00 mark the wheels fell off.

Nothing tonight...let the stats reset for Tuesday.

I'm looking at a minor value adjustment with the leans and then I think they should be good to go.

Hitting around 54% at this point...a little tightening is in order and it might make a very big difference.

The computer is not on any kind of lock down...we are not getting the match ups required by the system.

Some of that is just the way it happens to set up this year...some of that is less line value this year, for whatever reason.

You have to remember we pulled a lot of the early season computer picks out of the Computer system picks and used System X ...which is really a different system using preseason stats.

In the past they were counted as computer picks...that accounts for a big difference right there.

We still had the same picks this year...but they were in System X.

One lean tonight...I've made an adjustment to this system. We have plenty of picks here...it will eliminate some of the larger spreads and require a little better line value than in the past.

A few less picks will be worth it I think....a slight adjustment towards quality over quantity. I'm optimistic this is all we need for a tight little system that can still beat the spread with a larger volume of picks over time.

It might still run a little hot and cold at times...we'll see.
