Well, I hope your pockets got a little more healthy during basketball, cuz you were a dumbass that day betting against my boys. Moneyline winnings sure paid better than what the Canes paid out that day. Anyway, I don't mean to start anything this early in the season, just use your head a little more. And Darklord, go back and look again, the ball in the air the hand full of jersey not allowing for full extension on the jump top me constitutes PASS INTERFERENCE. Hey I'm not trying to start anything. Hey there is only one team a year that can be called National Champs. Last year it was the mighty BUckeyes. I never said they were going to repeat, that is one of the hardest things to do. But they do have a nice team, so they are just as capable as any other team.

We did our talking on the field in Tempe. While Romberg and Winslow flapped their big mouths all week, the Buckeyes quietly kept to themselves and took care of business on the field.
Some of the Canes even told the ESPN Gameday crew before the game that they intended to run up the score just to prove a point. Boy, they really succeeded in doing that, didn't they???
Considering that everybody was pointing to this being the year that tOSU should win it all, I think we definitely have a chance. Of course, injuries, tough road games and the MoC situation may keep us from repeating but it wouldn't shock me if we won it all again.

Ohio State got lucky all last year. The fact remains however, the game was over Canes won, the celebration began, the refs call was bullshit, it took him 15 seconds to throw the flag. Maurice Clarett wanted to talk trash after the game, funny he only rushed for 59 yards, which is pretty shitty. So keep talking junk about your bucks being the champs, that game was over, canes repeated as champs.

Also, its funny that it now took 15 seconds for Terry Porter to make "the call." It started out being 3 seconds, then 5 seconds, then 10 seconds and now 15 seconds. Pretty soon you losers will say that it took the whole month of January to make the call. Regardless, it was the RIGHT call (you're not allowed to MUG a receiver while the ball is in the air MORON) no matter how long it took to throw the flag.

CincyFred, couldn't have put it any better myself. The bottom line is the correct call was made and the better team won. Again, THE BETTER TEAM WON. It takes luck for a team wo win the natinal title. Heck the year Miami won, they got real lucky. How you ask. Well, believe me Nebraska had no business even being in a BCS game that year. BS, was alll over that game and situation. Oregon would have ran the score up on those punks from south beach. They were the bes tteam in the nation that year no doubt, look what they did to Colorado in their bowl game. SO "luck" was on their side.
