Alabama 31 Clemson 17

Other than Tennessee, Alabama won every game by 13 points. Keep in mind that
SEC competition was pretty good. The SEC went 8-2 SU and 8-2 ATS in bowl games
this year.

Alabama has better talent and better coaches than the Tigers. The depth of the defense
will eventually wear down Clemson and Bama pulls away for the championship.

All the talk about what Clemson's QB is going to do. Bama's Jake Coker the last 3 games
has completed 73.2 percent of his passes for 669 yards, with 6 TDs and 0 interceptions.

My take, what's yours........................................................

I will be making my largest bet of the season on Alabama -6.5. Need a cover for a very below average
college football season.

I appreciate DesertNole 27-13 and Red Eye's 35-17 faith in the Tide. If either of you hit the exact score,
I will send you $500. Pathologist, if you hit the exact score...I'll send you $200.

Plenty of time for a response and only these three did. NO ACTION ON ANY OTHERS!!!

RedEye, have a pool going with 15 people picking the closes score. Four have your number
of 35-17. Only one picks Clemson keeping in mind most are Bama fans. Auburn guy picked
Clemson 17-14.

Heck, I'm for each there own. Picking Clemson to score 41 (not picking on poster) to score against the nations no 1 scoring defense is a little in left field or happy land. Alabama's defense is No. 1 in scoring at 13.4 points per game. It has allowed the second fewest yards per game, the second fewest running plays of 10 or more yards and the second fewest plays of any kind of 10 or more yards. Add the national lead in pass breakups, leads the nation in quarterback sacks, with the No. 6 and No. 11 individual national leaders.

Anyone heard if Clemson's Shag Lawson is at full speed??????????

Nah...Lawson Is At 60%...He Spoke At A Press Conference Out Here Earlier & Said It Himself.
He Said He Was Going To Give It A Go, But The Injury Was Nagging & Was Really Sore.
And, He Was Limping, Just Walking, But He Had On Warmups/Sweats, So He May Have Had On A Big Brace Or Something,
Causing It To Look More Like A Limp.
