I am so confused...so oklahoma wins this game where does that leave them?

isnt the big 12 championship gonna be between texas and mizzou?

and u got bama and fla out of sec?

usc a one loss good team?

who the fuck is going to play for the national championship????

it's going to be florida vs oklahoma. it's almost done, only thing that could stop this situation is if one of these two lose. if uf beats fsu and then bama in the sec finals they make it and ou makes it out of the big 12 as long as they beat mizzou in the title game.

there are three different situations that could happen that would leave these two not playing each other:

1) ou loses to mizzou. in this case usc would likely play florida (or bama) in the title game, although texas might have an outside shot

2) florida loses to bama. in this case bama replaces florida to play ou.

3)florida loses to fsu, but beats bama. in this case it would be ou vs usc i think, but that could get tricky. you could make a case for both bama and texas to replace florida, but they wouldn't of won their conf. then again things could really get crazy if org st wins the pac 10 also because then you would almost certainly have a team that didn't win their conference playing for the title which is ludicrous imo

we just got to let things play out, but id be very surprised if the title game isnt ou vs florida, which should be amazing. we could also somehow end up with a usc/texas game (amazing matchup) in another bcs game, but a lot of things would have to happen.

alabama vs ou.....florida is a great team, but they are getting way too much love right now, although it is well deserved i guess. i didnt think bama was that good early in the year, i thought it was more of a flash in the pan, but these guys run the football successfully and play good defense. i see them making florida one dimensional forcing them to throw.

OU-Fla

Texas barely beat OU. if Texas wants to use the argument that they beat OU, then the argument should be that Tech remains in front of UT. If Ou gives OSU the beatdown on the road next week that would seal the deal as UT barely beat OSU at home. Last weekend of season always gets crazy: what if OSU beats OU, Fla. St. beats Fla., Fla. beats Al. in SEC, Mizzou beats Tech in BIG 12: USC/Penn St. anyone? Or possibly USC/Utah?

so texas gets shafted????

they pounded OKLAHOMA...why the fuck does oklahoma get in over them

"pounded"??? uh no, was a tight game where ou's special teams play and the loss of reynolds played huge factors in texas winning (plus i gotta admit mccoy was unreal that day).

i have no problem if texas finishes ahead of ou, but i'm tired of hearing texas fans bitching if the sooners do jump them. hell, they have no problem jumping tech even though the red raiders beat them. bottom line, someone's getting the shaft in this system until we get a playoff, hopefully it's the shorthorns this year.

Ok state takes the squatters out which makes the Ou arguement a moot point..
