A New Jersey man cheated the Sands Casino Resort Bethlehem out of more than $15,000 between 7:39 a.m. Nov. 26 and 11:08 p.m. Nov. 27, Pennsylvania State Police report.
The casino surveillance department was tipped off by a shift manger that there was a possible discrepancy involving a blackjack game, police said.
Daniel Alan White, 49, of Manalapan, made late wagers on two hands, police said. On the third hand, he was able to deceive the dealer into paying out a larger amount than he was entitled, police said.
The three acts garnered White $4,400 in illegal profit, police said.
He was charged with using a trick or fraud to win or reduce a loss and theft by deception, police said.
White was arraigned at 4:20 a.m. Nov. 28 before on-call District Judge Richard Yetter III and bail was set at $25,000 bail with a 10 percent option, court papers say. White paid the $2,500 and was released, court papers say.

Upon further review, the Sands determined White illegally profited $11,350 from seven other acts, police said. The complaint will be amended to included these crimes, police said.
A preliminary hearing is tentatively scheduled 9:30 a.m. Monday in Senior Distrct Judge James Stocklas' Bethlehem court.

He's fucked that judge is the biggest prick. I was in front of him for a minor traffic violation the cop admitted he was wrong on so I got out of it and that judge treated me like I killed a family of four. Can't imagine how he is with people that actually commit crimes.
