Playing N Ill whatever the line is around gametime when I call the local.

Think the wrong side is favored here and would probably line it N Ill -4.5 at least. Well aware of the pseudo homefield that La Tech will hold in this game. Their offense has been playing a bit better with the Frosh QB and they do have some matchup advantages on N Ill. Their pass D stinks but N Ill can't throw the ball a ton. Most people will see this as an advantage for La Tech but I don't really see it like that..I think the poor pass d will actually allow N Ill to get it going through the air a bit and open up their running game even more with a more balanced attack. La Tech offensively doesn't throw it too well and I think N Ill will be able slow down the running game a bit. True they have given up a ton of rushing yards the past four weeks but La Tech's offensive numbers are inflated due to playing some truly awful defenses and I think N Ill will slow them down a bit. Probably the most alarming part of the game will be that La Tech has a very strong punt return game and wins the field position battle whereas N Ill really struggles with this...but I'm of the opinion that this will not be a game determined by field position and just think N Ill is better on both sides of the ball and takes it to an overrated, bad La Tech team.

Good luck.

I think that's a pretty meaningless stat.

I'm pretty sure N Ill was a 2 pt fav when the line came out

<table summary="" border="0" cellspacing="0"><thead><tr class="game_heading bottom"><th scope="col">ne Movements</th><th scope="col">Current</th><th scope="col">Moneyline</th><th scope="col" class="last">Scores</th><th scope="col" class="notescol left">Notes</th> </tr> </thead> <tbody> <tr class="game_time"><td class="first left">8:15 PM EST</td><td> </td><td> </td><td> </td><td> </td><td> </td><td class="notescol"> </td></tr> <tr class="game_team"><td class="first nowrap">223 northern illinois</td><td>-2 </td><td>46.5 / 46 / 46.5 </td><td>46 </td><td>+130 </td><td class="left last">7 Halftime 2 </td><td class="notescol"> </td></tr><tr class="game_team"><td class="first nowrap">224 louisiana tech</td><td>47 </td><td>-1.5 / -2 / -2.5</td></tr></tbody></table>

There is the line movement on Scoresandodds.com. La Tech was -1.5

It did start Nill-2

I have about 2 units on this game, and watching this game is pretty tough to do based on how bad these teams are.

Yeah, N Ill really played poorly...the bad field position was too much to overcome and their turnovers/la tech kick return did them in. Not too surprising, I figured if I lost this would be how. Not too upset with the cap...can't win them all. Sickening game to watch though and with the horrible NFL SNF game on it really was a boring night.
