It will be either the Cowboys or the Eagles, but I would be pretty surprised if the Cowboys didn't run away with the entire NFC. Just way more talent than anybody else.

As for the Giants, I was on them for their entire run last year in the playoffs minus the Super Bowl, but I see them finishing last this season. Just a tough division and they are an overrated team. They're good, but not great. They also lost a couple of key players and really didn't add anything. Dallas, Philly, Washington, NYG. There's your order for the NFC East.

cowboys d will be improved this year, and wasn't bad last year... agree though if you're saying it wasn't championship caliber

i like the eagles. They got better defensively and also Mcnabb will be inhis 2nd year after knee surgery. Watch out for the eagles baby!!

You could easily argue that Dallas has the top defense in the NFC East, so not sure what you're talking about. I personally think they have the top offense and top defense in the division.

Besides, they had a worse defense last season and still won not only the division, but the conference very easily.
