I have been in touch with Terry at MyBookie. I have been informed that ACW has been paid. The Mybookie accounting department had notified ACW via email that his referral friend had not met his rollover as it states in their rules, and he cannot take a payout until such rollover requirments were met. However later that night, when ACW was on their 'human chat" with one of the night clerks, he received incorrect info that his friend had indeed met the rollover requirements. Mybookie has accepted responsibilty for the live chat clerk giiving wrong information, and paid ACW his requested payout regardless of the rollover requirement of his friend.

I hope this concludes this incident to everyone's satifaction.

Thanks for all your feedback, wil.

Snap, way to take care of business. You just dunked all over that problem.

This has to be the most productive, insightful comment I've ever made on here.

Good to hear!

Nice to see all parties here working together in a MATURE way and making NO judgements till ALL the facts were in.........and the dispute resolved.

It is sad that it keeps taking mediation for Mybookie to do the right thing.

It all goes back to the thought of what happens to players that don't know about the forums?

Mybookie is questionable at best.

By the way...great job Wil.

Good job Wil!

Players are understandably not cutting this book any slack with the last situation fresh on their mind. But in this case, according to Wil, the book followed their rules. ACW got some poor cs but not apparently a true slow pay.

For sure...it goes back to the same rule of thumb with Royal. They have earned the reputation they have and they will always be guilty until proven innocent for the near future.

It is their job to change their reputation. They are the ones that built their reputation as being a shit book...now they need to dig out from under that and prove they are ready to become a legit shop.

I still can't believe they are allowed to advertise hear during that process though...they haven't proven anything yet. While I hope they do, this shouldn't be a site for minor leaguers to get the same attention and exposure as the All Stars of the big leagues.
