i've these problems with them in these days... i Explain all the situation

Some month ago i opened an account with them and they give to me their bonus with the normally requirement of 3.5 rollover.
I premise that i bet on straigth bet on soccer and mlb.
tree day ago i request a payout by neteller and they said to me that i should reach their rollover rules or i lost my bonus...so immediately i wrote to them to delete my payout request.in the same day i placed a bet on tampa bay , mlb , of 1000 $ to win 1250 $ and i win this bet.
after i tried to do other bets but they limeted internet bets to 1 $ and if i wanted to bet more i should have to telephone.
Imediately i call tehm by chat and i said that they knewthat i'm from italy and it's impossible to telephone..
And i asked to look for a right solutions...
At that moment i had 3423 $ in that account

today, without informing me with telephone or sending a mail, i receiveid in my neteller account 2.696 $.
I immediatly went in my bookies account and i saw all theese voices:

So they decided that i must pay not only the bonus,not only the penality,but also neteller fees when in theys payout rules they have one free neteller payout for week.

I immediately spoke with them by chat and they said to me that they are not interested to my business.
But it's really correct their behaviour ?

Not surprising, you must not have got the interrogation b4 you deposited, I was fortunate to speak with a representative there before opening an account, and quickly changed my mind. Their answers to my questions and their questions to me made it very clear that this would be a tricky book to deal with. I would suggest anyone planning to play there to call 1st and speak with a representative so you know where you stand. GL to you, I hope if there is not more to the story and that the mods are able to help you out.

The player wanted to complete his rollover and eventually he cannot call in his bets.

In this scenario Mybookie should have either allowed the player to wager (maybe with lower limits) on the net or boot him without confiscating his bonus (not the player's fault he cannot complete his rollover).

Doug, I'm Canadian and although many books offer Canadian $ deposits, not all do. Its much easier for me to keep my funds in US $ than it is to convert back and forth as $$ gets chewed up in exchange.

How do funds get charged fees ? Many books make a point of being able to bet in your own currency !

Doug, unless you can bet at every book in your own currency, it is better to use a common currency, in my case US funds. Everytime you have to convert one way or the other you lose exchange fees, so it makes sense to use US currency as it is accepted everywhere. An example, I deposit at book X in Canadian funds, I withdraw and put into book Y that doesn't allow me to bet in Canadian currency, so it gets converted to US dollars, I then withdraw some cash out and it gets converted back to Canadian $ for me to spend. In this scenario, I have paid the vig twice on exchange(nobody converts money for free). Hope that makes it more clear why some would elect to use a different currency?

Question on mediation guidelines

I assume that when an Rx moderator initiates some kind of mediation for a member the book involved is aware that if they are found in the wrong there will be bad publicity for them. Is this, ie potential bad publicity, the only "weapon" available to the moderator? Are moderators expected/encouraged to indicate that Rx might take other more serious measures? Do they?

Bill im not sure of the answer to your question...but not all mods do this....


there are some MODS, like me, that Just do that they "MODERATE" and try to keep the forums clean...but some mods deal with the books on issues like slow pays/no pays as they are good at it and actually know what they are talking about and WANT to help...but they CHOOSE to go above and beyond there MOD job and help as they have experience doing it.

When it comes to mediation of disputes personally I never use threats, however no book likes to be bashed here on this forum and that sometime can be a motivating factor. I would much rather handle most disputes behind the scenes. In this case bonus monies were never refundable, from MyBookie Website:
