mr. j...you obviously do not have children. my wife wakes up at 6:00 am and is with the kid all day...by the time i get home from work...we eat dinner, we put the kid to bed...she's exhausted. if i dont get the ball rolling...it aint gonna happen.
wasnt like this before our daughter was born. it wasnt marriage that created this dilemma...it was the birth of our daughter.

before our daughter was born, my wife was a grade school teacher. during the summers, i'd come home for lunch and half the time i'd get a "nooner". now if i ever come home for lunch, i end up feeding my daughter spagettios or picking up the veggie tales books strewn across the living room floor.
that's why tonight was such a shocker...hadn't happened without me starting the fire for a long time.
