Lol. That's the point? That's funny.

How about "letting" someone on FBI's radar legally have consent to purchase an AR-15.

Anyone with common sense would admit that is idiotic.

If he has a handgun....he probably doesn't even try to do it. Not everyone knows how to make a legit bomb. But anyone can pull a semi automatic trigger on a rifle and kill as many people as human possible.

Honest question mob

this terror watch list you speak of, can you tell me a couple of things about it?

-how does one get on this list
-how does one get off the list
- is the info public
- is there any law abiding citizens on the list, that haven't committed any crimes on that list
-does this list violate any "due process" one cites in is entitled too by the constitution?

Al, you're outta line here. The man was just stating that anyone, regardless of past, can walk into a Florida gun show and purchase a gun. I'm in North Carolina now, don't know the rules here, but moved from Oklahoma, and the same applied. I could be a mass murderer and go to any gun show in OK and buy a weapon. Bottom line is someone missed the boat here, obviously.

My comment was purely in response to the Muslim moving in next door to our families comment.

Point is, if they are getting those weapons. ...we would know they weren't coming from here. Then you can narow down how that is finding its way in this country. No one is saying it's illegal to have a gun in your home to protect your family. But there's no need to have an AR-15 in your home.

My only complaint is the Ar-15. It is being used in EVERY mass murder situation.

i will stick to capping thanks for the advice...was giving my op & just telling whatgoes down here in florida...anyone can do this act NOT saying it can only be a muslim. ..peace and love!!

You are definitely entitled to that opinion. I just thought the Muslim remark was closed minded. It's the same thing Trump has been using as rhetoric and it seems to work with middle America. I appreciate and respect your response Mick.

Think you just made the point.
It has been "there" for thousands of years.
It's "here" now , not a daily occurrence but it rears its head on occasion.
But it's not going to stop because people want it too.

Yeah, scratching my ass here. I have the background/experience, trying to figure out how in the hell a guy got into a nightclub with 100+ rounds. Man, next thing coming is metal detectors at the door of every public facility, Tel Aviv here we come.

Point well made and taken. I used to think we could eliminate any threat, then I signed up for a couple of tours in South America. I learned a lot. Unless we tag-team the threats, they'll always exist. This country, which IS the greatest in the world, will always walk around with a target on it's back. The entire world is jealous of what we have...it's called FREEDOM. I for one am willing to fight for that right.

You always hear about the "October surprise " in an election year. We might have had it just happen in June

Isis probably funding her whole campaign...They know they are safe with that twat in office...

Sad truth is, I wouldn't doubt it. May God help us this election year, frankly, don't like either candidate, but Trump is looking better today.

Dude, preaching to the choir here. I lived in Tulsa when hubby was the Gov of Arkansas. Tyson Foods was one of my best clients. Clintons are as crooked as they come, trust me.

There's gonna be more that die according to the hospital reports. I'm a card carrying Republican and Catholic, it's high time we started fighting back. I've drunk beer with some good Irishmen, and they figured it out. Time we did.
