So far, I have had a difficult and frustrating time getting a Skybook withdrawal/transfer.
Sunday night 9pm - I request a withdrawal on the Skybook website via Neteller.
Monday night 7pm - The withdrawal still hasn't processed...I use Live Help and they tell me I need $700 in wagers to clear a rollover requirement of my bonus. No problem I say, although an e-mail would have been nice. They also tell me to try a withdrawal using the Neteller website (giving me their merchant code), and not to use their website for this
Wednesday morning 9am - I request a Sportsbook transfer of 2K to Pinnacle, using their website, after clearing the rollover requirement.
Wednesday afternoon 5pm - The transfer still hasn't been made, and the money is still in my Skybook account. I call them and request the transfer again. The CS represenative tells me you can't request a Sportsbook transfer via the website (although I was able to). She then gets my info, and tells me the transfer should be done by 8pm. The money is removed from my Skybook account shortly after this.
Thursday morning 8am - The transfer still hasn't been made, and the money is back in my Skybook account, as if it never happened. Not surprisingly, I haven't received an e-mail regarding this. I have tried to call and apparently they are not in yet. I have since sent them an e-mail, and am anxiously awaiting their reply.
This should not be this difficult. Has anyone had any similar experiences with Skybook, or has everything been positive?
