Guys,

Within 5 minutes:
Mr. xxxxxxxxxxxx,

Thank you for your email. Sir I need to inform that due to an upper management decision we are currently reimbursing your Neteller account for the $500 deposit that you sent us yesterday, and unfortunately we will not be able to take your action. I apologize for the inconvenience and the money should be back in your Neteller account shortly. Good luck on all of your betting action for this season!

Best regards,

Joe

The Neteller deposit was only 10 minutes ago. Anyhow this Jake has been so much on the forums these days that I thought, I must give him a try.

Seems strange, I would be interested in their side. I was gonna open an account with them this week and try them out to see if they were a decent book for me to use long term.

ACW,

My apologies for this inconvenience. The reason your account was closed was simply due to your location. Honestly, had I known it was you, I would have allowed you to stay. I have just had my fair share of problems from folks over there, that is all. IF you would like, you are more than welcome to come back.

Lurker,

LOL...not likely.

Wow~! You guys are taking sharp action for that nickel 100% match. I gotta get in on this (-;

Krackman,

Times have changed, as has our software. One more chance? And, yes, we would more than welcome his action.

ACW,

As I said, please try your deposit again and we will gladly allow you to play here.

I want to hear what exactly has happened.
Obviously I have heard of all the credit card problems, but we are talking Neteller here.

ACW,

Simply put, scams of one sort or another. Like the Judge pointed out, not all scams involve credit cards. Unfortunately, in this day and age, folks have become quite creative. In reality, I have only had 2 experiences with clients from your area and both of them were unpleasant. Therefore, I prefer to avoid any possible situations. As I said, if you would like to re-open the account, I will gladly get you started.

I would like to know how!

Another issue: You guys sent me an email telling me that you were going to transfer the $500 back to me I deposited. I did even receive a clumsy email from Neteller that they did receive the $500, but it has never been credited to my account. I phoned Neteller and they have no idea what I am talking about. They say that I need the NT code. I emailed you asking you about the code, but no reply as of yet.

ACW,

I will gladly tell you the type of scams we have seen, but I would rather do it privately, as I do not want to give anyone any ideas. I am sure you understand. I have just emailed you your NT code to the email address I have on file for you. If you want to give me a call, feel free to do so at 800-214-9666. If you would rather email or chat, my email is Jake@sportbet.com and my AOL IM name is SportbetJake.

Thanks, ACW. Take care.

Jake

When you say NT code, do you mean neteller asked you for your account, and you didn't know what to say. Do you hvae more than one neteller account. Sorry, but your statemnet seems very odd.

So I guess what I still don't undersatnd is if I got an email from neteller saying sportbet just sent me $500, and I check my neteller account and its not there. I'd simply foward the email back to neteller and ask where the money is.

ACW,

Sorry for jumping on you. Just suprised that someone withas many posts as you, aren't aware of all the scams that go on. My advice to you is foward the email you got from neteller to colin@neteller.com. And explain to Colin that you recieved the email, but don't see the cash in your account.
