Like I said early on in my other post............the first 3 games I like to go with the trends and Game 4-7 I like to play against the trends. This has been very profitable for me in the playoffs.

Yesterday I did not have time to post but I played Denver first half because in the 4 games they played each this year Denver had most of the halftime lead.

Today the trend for the Orl/Clev series tells me to play the 1st QT and 1st Half over. All 3 games between each other this year went over at the QT and the Half.

Game 1 in both of Clev playoff series went over at the half.

Game 1 of Orlando's playoff series went 1-1 on the over at the half.

I will not play both the Qt and Half to go over I like............

CAVS over 92.5.....1st half

I also think CAVS will cover the 8.5 points................GL!!

Interesting---going against Ace for the first half play. The way he's been going recently (although due), your play may be sound Piranha.

Playing these types of trends in the first 3 games of every series in the playoffs has been golden. :chest:

2-0 today and 1-0 yesterday for both Game 1

I thought about this game before it started and I knew already what I will be playing for the 2nd half. These types of thought comes rarely for me.

Whoever had the lead my mind was made up to play the other team for the 2nd half.

Orlando +1.5.....2nd half

Looks like the 2nd half is easily coming in making it a 3-0 night.

I'm guessing there is not much interest in what I'm posting based on only 3 response. This is wasting my time, therefore for the remaining of these playoffs I will come on only sparingly.

nice job tonight. It looks pretty quiet overall in the NBA forum tonight. So that's probably why not many responses

Thank you again "Little Flesh Eating Fish".

Will be looking for you tomorrow. Please post for us if you can. We appreciate your effort.

Your insight offers a unique view and I for one, enjoy the types of plays you put forth.

Didn't know you were posting for the playoffs, or I'd have been here sooner. Don't go by just responses, the views show people are interested in your threads. Over 1100 in fact. I've always followed your plays, and hope to see more of your nba playoff info. Thx, P.:toast:

After reading this post I decided to register and personally thank you for all the winners you have provided to me and this board. I have been tailing you since the Bos/Orl series. You've made me some good cash, thanks!

I'm sure there are a lot of people out there who read your posts and don't respond, some probably haven't even registered. So don't think just because you're not getting any replies like "nice call" or "great job" or a simple "thank you" that no one is following you. Just continue to cap your games and keep posting, if you're posting winners I gurantee you there are tons of followers. This isn't a popularity contest where you want to shout out and say look at me I'm posting winners! If you're winning and making money AND helping the board then that's all that matters. At the same time it is always nice to get some recognition for all your hard work. And because of that I want to thank you on behalf of all the others who have tailed you but have not thanked you or have not registered and can't relay their sentiments.

So I urge you, keep posting your plays and your insights! You are helping out a lot of people even if it seems you're not!

Sending out this reply is the least I could do to show you my appreciation for always providing solids picks and insights!

Thing about it is......winning. Whether you post or not, its about winning. You make a conscious choice to post and help others, but at the end of the day.....its still all about you winning. If you think that someone offering congrats is going to rub your ego enough to make you a happy person......you are wrong.

And when that cold streak comes......you don't threaten to leave because people are posting enough misery to make you feel worse.

You post because you are trying to help others. And you either help or hurt those that do depending on how you do. Find other things in life to RUB YOUR EGO. Not posting plays........enjoy your hobby or whatever reason you play.

Post = Great......Don't Post = Equally acceptable. But getting on a hot streak and threatening to not post anymore is completely absurd. And most that do will come back on and tell of their 18-0 record that everyone missed because they didn't post thanks.......we'll see what you do.

Good Luck anyways........

Well - too bad we didn't see Piranha post...........
I took it from your earlier posts that the play was DEN+3 1H, so.....................a bit worried when they were down 14, but what a great run t finish the first half.

Thanks Piranha.

Sorry guys my son had a baseball game tonight and I'm one of the coaches. Right afterwards I had my own softball game to play........so I did not have time to post my plays.

I had two great trends in the Lakers series. One trend is whoever leads after the 1st QT the other team will cover Qt #2. This has happened in all their meetings this year. In other words one team will cover the Qt and the other team will end up covering the half.

The other trend is based on OVER. Twelve 1st and 2nd Qts has been played up tonight. 9 of them has hit 54 or better. 10 of the 12 has hit 51 or better. Today's 1st Qt total was 53 which tells us 70% chance before today's game would go over......which it did. If you had played the half also based on this number you had a high probability that each Qt would hit 54 or better giving you 108 or higher. Today's half time line was 106. I ended up playing both.

This will still apply to Game 3 but after that I usually go against the trends from Game 4-7.
