The Indians don't have a bad team. They should of won their division and I would say they are the most under performing team of '08. With that said Cliff Lee most likely will be a good fading option starting next year. He has had good run support this year and has pitched incredibly well. I don't trust him to be nearly as good next year though, and if you give Halladay his run support he would have a record similar as well. Halladay also pitches in a hitters park against the best division in baseball by far. Cliff Lee pitches in a pitchers park against a terrible division (can't say the worst because the NL West is just brutal). Not saying Lee hasn't been amazing, but Halladay has been pretty much as good this year IMO.
And as for todays line. No way should it have been any higher. Cleveland should not be a -200 favorite ON THE ROAD against a team with a better record, no matter who was pitching for the other team.
