My own mother, rest her soul, passed away suddenly on December 15th (years ago) and it is always a sad event both my sister and I remember every Christmas more than any other time of year.

Whoa. My mom too died suddenly on December 15th years ago when I was a teenager. It is so painful to experience that loss again every year when the family gathers and once again she is missing. I understand exactly what you are talking about Wil and I am sorry for you and your sister's loss. Peace to you both.
