MY MESSAGE TO ROYAL SPORTS AND IB!!!

It is very unfortunate that one of our advertisors has decided to use our posting forum as a stomping ground for his personal dispute with another one of our posters...

It is also apparent that one of our posters has gone on a vendetta against this advertisor by putting up personal information about Roberto in an effort to defame him...

Just because one advertises with us, doesn't mean they have the right to abuse the priviledges of our forum for their own selfish agendas...

Also, just because one is a regular poster, doesn't mean HE can continually ignore the many warnings we give him to stop inciting and inflaming somone else...

This is a place to help one another gain a better understanding of the offshore industry...

We will not be "bullied" by two individuals who have lowered their standards to the point where they are both making a mockery of themselves...

If cooler heads don't prevail by tomorrow, we will not have any affiliation with either of you two...

BTW Shrink, I still want IB to provide some evidence to support his accusations against me or publicly apologize and remove these apparently slanderous claims.

Should have been done months ago ! But it probably didn't fit the agenda back then !

What's your connection with this IB fella anyways as he has definatly had the better treatment of the 2parties involved here in this dispute.

I mean hell he was allowed to hijack any Royal thread and post crap in it for months.

Now Roberto wants a public apology and this is what happens a banning ?

Not trying to tell you how to run your site but you guys ****ed up big time here with this crap and an advertiser!

Ball, I agree something should have been done more recently, but tonight it got worse.

If all Roberto wanted was a public apology that is one thing, but posting the court ruling over and over 4 times in threads that had nothing to do with the Roberto Ib drama is another. Ken gave Roberto his cell phone number to call while he was away if there was any problem with this ordial. To my knowledge there was never a call.

So maybe we waited to long and maybe we should have handled it better sooner..

But this would have been much easier if Roberto was using a posting handle such as Roberto instead of Royal Sports to post. But he wasn't so we had to ban the Royal Sports one.. which I agree sorta sucks. But something had to be done. We thought it was only fair to ban both until everyone cooled down and we had time to discuss it with all the parties invloved.

FWIW, I was this court ruling on Nov. 6th or 7th, and am almost certain that a copy of it was sent to Ken prior to when I saw it.

It's not like this issue came up overnight.

This man is right. For whatever unknown reason this sites moderators and owner allowed IB to defame this man and his company with a free hand for months. A real court has found such an overwhelming preponderance of evidence to rule in Royal's favor.

His banning is the result with phoney reasons about papering the site today with the court decision (4 threads). I ask You, where were you when IB papered this site with slander for months?

Boy.....sure got quiet over here all of a sudden. From what I've read elsewhere, it sounds like Royal has demanded to have it's (and Lay107, and GA's) advertising down.

Is Royal\Roberto still banned, or has the issue been "silently resolved" behind the scenes?

Roberto wants his banners removed from this site and just as soon as the techs are available to do so, we will abide by his request.

As Roberto was told, it is Thanksgiving Weekend and Some of the Team are away with Family. We will accomidate his request ASAP.
