My likes and dislikes of Sportsbooks I have dealt with

I live in Canada and this is the likes and dislikes of Sportsbooks I have dealt with.
I like playing parlays and was fortunate to hit a 8 and 10 team parlay during March Madness.

Pinnacle: Likes: Excellent customer service. Fast replies and payouts.
Dislikes: No open parlays. Raise the juice on parlays. Example I would be happy with -110 but it can be -113, etc.
Won't allow some E-Wallet companies from Canada to fund account.

Bet365: Likes: Parlay bonus. Fast payouts. Usually 100% reload bonus up to $200 before NFL season. Reload bonus for inactive
accounts
Dislikes: They keep on asking documentation to verify your account


The Greek: Likes: Early lines. Excellent customer service. Fast payouts.
Dislikes: Parlays don't pay as high as other sports books

Postie, if they keep asking for documentation, are their payouts really that fast? Seems like that would slow the process down.
