2 great things combine here for me....

1. i have the nhl center ice package on dtv, and
2, this has got to be the friendliest forum off all the forums at therx.com.


Ive got nearly 7000 posts and never been a regular poster here in your forum despite daily observance during nhl season......

I lurk and rarely post, but ive been enjoying hockey far more than i have in prior years, and not looking forward to the end of baseball season......the nba is an ez game to detest and i still handicap it, but i dont enjoy it at all.......

But i been loving hockey....thus...my appearance here....gonna post my plays here for the next month. Good luck to everyone.

im from philly, and live in central NY not far from buffalo...i watch both thsoe teams games alot....but im prolly a fan first of the washington capitals, i watch a ton of their games.......


It seems the kings are the team i wind up watching the most, as they are often the latestgame to start, and im kind of a night owl.....


I usually check goaliepost.com during the day for starting netminders, and grab info from a ton of different sources on this site, as well a s covers.com, and the various service plays forum.....

just a side note, my uncle and my cousin work for the philadelphia phantoms, so theya re pretty tight with the behind the scenes at the old spectrum, where the flyers USED to play......so they sometimes get lil tidbits from trainers, equipment guys regarding flyers, but nothing earth shattering.

my opening nite swung on a shootout, preds came to play, but lost 4-3.
Got the shut down goal tending from philly, but trashers played like.....well trash.....7-0 philly

Nice pick, but Ottawa -1.5 lost. Other than that, nice picks. Would have been a sweep if not for that 1.5. Gotta love the + money on the -1.5 lines, but in games like the one tonight, you lower your chance of winning more games in the long run if you play these.
