My book just accidentally refilled my freeplay account...?

Book is Bookmaker.

I deposited Sunday morning, got a freeplay of $577. The guy who handled my deposit confirmation said it should be in my account in 10-15minutes. I get my money in my account, but 2 hours later still no freeplay. I call like 3 times in the next hour after they say it should already be in there and to go check. Finally it's in there.

I used it on Sunday games and it emptied as normal with the freeplay reading $0.00. I made a MNF wager and tonight I check to make sure my wager was graded, and $577 is sitting there back again. Perhaps all that calling I did made someone enter it in twice on the computers?

What should I do? I think I need to report it since one day when I decide to withdraw, say after a successful NFL season (hopefully), they screw me on a technicality and take away everything in there except my initial deposit. Claiming perhaps since I built my bankroll with "tainted money" or something that everything except my initial balance is void.

But these guys would probably take a lot of heat from the community for a move like that. Maybe just retroactively undo all the winnings off the freeplay if I used it? Impossible because they would have to retroactively give me the losses too, which definitely can't happen.

Just tell them what happened.I think it is the best thing to do in this situation.Like you said it will probably just be a headache for you later on.
Nip it in the bud so you don't have to worry about a negative result later.

Dude, not telling them is stealing.. They would have every right to screw you on a technicality if that happened..

Inform them, its the right thing to do..

First off, I don't think it's possible to steal from the book. Books negate wagers for BS reasons all the time to the point where I have no pity for them. They hold all the cards and can do whatever they want with your wager if there's any gray area whatsoever.

That was just a rant in general.

In terms of the freeplay, I'm going to get on Live Chat with someone, and casually ask if they comp'ed me a freeplay today. If the clueless person has no idea what's going on and just says yes, I'll use it and take many screenshots of the chat log. Otherwise, I'm going to tell them to take it off my account. I think that is fair.

I was playing casino slot machine and was spinning away, they accidentally put $100 deposit in that wasnt mine, I really didn't notice as I had built it up pretty good. When I lost all and went to redeposit I had to pay the $100 back. I seen it in transactions where the $100 was entered that wasnt mine, so I was ok with it.

I'd keep the money and use it. It's their mistake so let them eat it.

I think you gave bookmaker enough info in your OP.

they probably already ID'ed your account and are just waiting to see what you do.

Kinda like leaving a $10 bill on the coffee table to see if the babysitter steals it. (opps steal is a bad word).

the offshore world is like the wild west, you go ahead and do what ever you want to do. you're only as good as your reputation.

these offshore books eagerly share info about sharps, cheats, and bonus whores.
