As I promised, I want to share with you just how I was treated upon my return to Betonline. If you need to be refreshed, I am the one who had requested a payout for 4 grand a few months back and was unable to get paid my winnings because Betonline told me that they no longer could make payouts to credit unions via bank wire. Remember, I was not told this ntil a week went as I waited for the money to hit my acct. Then when I asked for a check instead , I was told I would have to wait 2 more weeks for each 1 thousand dollars and also pay the 50 bucks for each check. When I asked Betonline to please pull the miney from my acct immediately so I wouldnt lose it while waiting for the multiple checks, they said they could not do that. After telling THERX about this, I was helped and Betonline put 2 grand Cash into my acct. for my troubles. TheRX and Alex from Betonline believed that although I lost the 4 grand, it was NOT ok that Betonline did not get me my money in a timely manner and also could have pulled funds from my acct like I asked.
I told you that I would share with you my experience after I re-upped with Betonline. It was an absolute nightmare. Let me first say that It was my fault for ever giving them another chance because I knew that Alex, the guy who posted during the last matter when I was given the 2 grand, that Betonline was so sorry and that he had my matter on his desk and he was just about to call me. That was not true and I knew it then. I had sent him 3 or 4 emails and left his voicemail 3 or 4 messages with all my phone numbers. He never once responded over a 3 week period so for him to say he was just about to get to me was a lie and I knew it then. But he had put 2 grand in my acct. so I agreed to post that all was weel and I was grateful. Which I was because 2 grand is 2 grand and I didnt expect it. Alex also posted that Betonline was going to be the best book in the industry. That he was going to turn it around. I wondered then what he was talking about because I had played there for 4 years when simon ran things and I never ever had a problem when it came to getting paid or any other money matters. It seemed like upon Alex's arrival the issues involving money started. Remember I was a VIP there. I had asked for and gotten payouts in the 10,000 range many times before when Simon was there.
I made my deposit about 6 weeks ago. The problems started right away. The day before my deposit I had gotten a flyer in the mail saying all deposits of 500 or more would get 45%. I was only given 10%. When I mentioned this I was at first denied and then when I complained to a manager I was finally given the 45%.
Next, I was told I had a 14 time rollover on the deposit plus bonus plus fees. Standard stuff right? Ive been offshoring for 20 years. Nothing new. The rollover stuff is simple right? All rollover requirements are the same everywhere right? Well after putting about 20 grand into action before using the freeplay I call in to see if Ive met my rollover. Im told that since I havent used my freeplay yet none of my bets count towards rollover. First time Ive ever heard this one. In 20 years at 20 different books. Including 4 years at Betonline. I was told by managers in every dept. that the rules have changed and my bets dont count towards rollover. Supervisor after supervisor tells me the same thing. One female supervisor even says to me" You just want us to tell you what you want to hear". After about 4 days of this, I finally get a guy to say all the other people you have asked are wrong. Unreal hu?
Then came my new request for a payout. After my initial deposit of 750 I had made some money and after a few weeks ask for a withdrawal. All rollovers met long ago. I ask for a check since they still cant use credit unions. Im told 2 to 10 days. Silly since they dont even begin process for two days. After 5 days I do as I have always done, call and ask for a tracking #. Im told that there is no # since its been sent snailmail. Im told by another clerk the next day it was sent snailmail. I always like to double check. Im told that if the check isnt delivered by Friday then I should call in. Being antsy, I call Thursday night and Im told by clerk that there is a note in my account stating that the check was just processed today and I wont get it for at least a week. Im told that I should have been told about the 6 days of holidays in the country. This was the cause for the delay. Im very angry and he says he will send email to payout dept. but I have to call back tomorrow for response. I call back the next day. Im told by a supervisor that he has no idea where the guy last night read what he read. When he asks for his name I say Mike. This supervisor says Mike didnt work lastnight "YOU ARE A LIAR". I had spoken to many supervisors over this issue and the others and had the names mixed up. I ask him why he would call a VIP client a liar and he responds "BECAUSE YOU ARE". Im in shock. Im now told that I have to wait until Monday because that will be the 10th day. He assures me that the payment was not just processed. To my amazement the next day Monday, the 10th day, I get a knock on my door. Its FEDEX. I knew right away what had happened. Just like with my 4,000 withdrawal request wheich was never sent out and I wasnt told of that fact until days later, this payout was also not processed until 8 days later. The clerk who had told me about the note in my acct. was telling the truth. I was told it was coming snailmail by many people remember? I believe that just like the first payout request Betonlin hoped I would lose the remaining money in my acct. and cancel the request. This is not a jump. Why did the supervisor deny the note in my acct? Why was I told snailmail by more than one clerk in payout dept? If it was sent out by Fedex as planned from the beginning then why wasnt I given a tracking number? I expect more from a book that claims to be working at being the best. Especially after I already had a payout problem. If you were running a book, wouldnt you make sure that a client like me who already had a problem and was told to please come back, wouldnt you make sure that all went smoothly?
I have one more thing to share. Its the least of my complaints. Just the icing on the cake. Remember the Viking Giant game that was postponed due to snow? Well I had a parlay with the Giants on it. I called the night of the game and was told that this game would not count. My 6 teamer was now a 5 teamer. After looking at my account and seeing the game is still pending on my parlay, I call in. Im now told by a supervisor that Betonline has decided that if you have that game on a parlay, the game will count. Only str8 bets are cancelled. I get the guys name and ask him if he is sure. He says he will doublecheck. He comes back and confirms what he told me. This game will count in parlays. A few days later I check acct again and now see it says cancelled. I call and explain and even give time of call and name of clerk. After being accused of again lying because no clerk or supervisor would tell me that,the manager in the wagering dept. listens to the tape with me. He concludes that although I was telling the truth, Betonline is cancelling all bets on that game. It makes no difference that I was told otherwise by a supervisor. Again shocked.
I have referred two friends to Betonline long ago, and told them to pull their funds.
I dont know about you but I expect way more out of my sportsbook.
