But a customer of yours threw out some constructive criticism and you pretty much tell him to go to hell.
Not the way to treat a customer.
There are so many other ways to say the same thing without being so brash.
sorry george & griffin, i wasnt trying to cause any more head ache for you guys, just giving my honest review of the place. i went bust on my $100 deposit, but wouldnt think twice about reloading there, just to easy not too. I even had a buddy join them today after my recommendation. keep up the good work, ill be back
Do not ever apologize for being honest my friend. We appreciate that, it lets us know what we need to work on to better serve the players like yourself. Unfortunately when you work as hard as we do some of the negative comments tend to strike a nerve. But its all good! If you need anything please let us know!
I took the 150% bonus. 12x roll. Lost 200.00 deposit. Deposited 250 more ran that up to 1400.00. Reached rollover in a few days and got a 900.00 moneygram Monday. Same day moneygram. It says 48 hours or whatever but if you deal with George directly and request it early enough in the day you will get it same day. You can't believe how much George has gone above and beyond his duty to help me!! George is the man.
