Agree 2 first rounders is a steep price for a rental. Those picks are probably conditional if he signs.

Reno- yes..its a steep price to pay with the 2 1sts. I think the others are expendable. There's more in the pipeline to come. Nyquist and Tater are on the smaller side. Maybe not Tatar so much and Mantha does not seem to be progressing at a rate of a lot of the others. He's in the prime of his career [Stamkos], but I agree with Don Cherry last night. Something is just not right in Tampa with him and them. Hopefully he just needs a change of venue. But the game is changing so quickly, Him or any of the others might not ever be 60 goal scorers anymore. Maybe OV. Think Stamkos holds all the cards here though.

Money-Only player i'd let Larkin go for would be Subban. He could fix our D instantly. Habs need scoring. We took Tampa to 7 last year without him. Add Subban and were a better team by far. But since he donated all that cash in Montreal to that hospital....hes going to be hard to trade. How do you trade a guy after hes done that for your city? That donation kinda put the team at a disadvantage if they ever DID want to move him.
