LaMarcus Aldridge has long been underrated.

Yes it's difficult to say a star like Love is underrated, but i still don't think he gets enough credit.
4th Leading Scorer in NBA.
3rd Leading Rebounder in NBA.
A big man who can shoot the lights out from anywhere on the floor, including 3point land.
Those 3 things combined is something we've never seen in 1 guy...

Hmmm I don't consider him underrated Chop.
He's just getting in his experience & it's clear that he's inching towards the top.
Let's just hope he doesn't top out too soon....

I thought about Carmelo but he does put up huge numbers each & every year so had to go with Rose instead...
Klay Thompson is really good. Not quite an all star but an elite 3 and D guy that is still young.
I agree M Gasol is the most underrated though. Top 2 defensive C at worst and underrated offensive player cause of his ability to pass/space.
When he cameback from injury last year Memphis had the best record in the league the final few months. I guess looking like a big fat white guy that you could find at the YMCA tends to make you underrated.
His lack of FT's are a huge red flag to me Pats. His lack of FT's per game tell me his ball handling is substandard and his ability to get to the rim and finish aren't anywhere close to where they should be. He doesn't rebound either.
He can shoot and he can defend though. I'll give you that.
Carmelo has to be most overrated. Talked about with Durant/James etc but is purely a stats guy. No defense, takes horrible shots, doesn't make his teammates better.
Underrated... Hell I'll go deep. Al-Farouq Aminu. Excellent defender for a big man. Rebounds well. Very limited scoring but I could see him transforming into a Rodman type down the line. Mavericks are going to have an awesome offense this season but lots of guys don't play D. This guy is going to be key if they want to make a move in the postseason. Love this guy.
