Most Bizaar scene ever in a movie

Everytime it starts hailing I think about the movie Magnolia and the raining frogs. WTF was that?

It was one of Tom Cruise's best acting jobs, another being Taps.

Before i opened this subject i was thinking of the same scene. i am aparently not smart enough to get that crappy ending to an otherwise good movie.

Dumb endings is another topic, but off the top of my head two stand out for sure, Vanilla Sky and the worst movie ending I've ever seen, worst movie really, Artificial Intelligence. Anytime a narator has to guide you through the last half hour of a movie is a great time to leave.
