Everything points to a KC victory tonight. KC is great at home. A's suck, but suck worse on the road. Gee is a better pitcher than Dotwiler. Dotwiler is winless on the road with a 6.23 era, and is getting bounced around from the pen to the starting rotation, back to the pen, now to the starting rotation again. Royals pen sports a 3.15 era vs A's 4.03.

Cubs -142

Hendricks has been shutting down everyone lately. Has given up more than 2 runs just once in the past 10 games, and I haven't looked farther than that. Leake has pitched well against below average hitting teams, which the Cubs are not. I don't see a home field advantage here as Leake is 2-5 in St Louis, and the Cards are 7 games below .500 at home, while Cubs are 9 over on the road. Again, all signs point to Cubs winning tonight.
