Jennifer c, the supposed manager on duty, never does anything. Any time you have a question or request, she always passes the buck to Doris, who is supposed to be the manager also.Last week, I asked Jennifer c for a request, she tells me only Doris, can answer a request. And that she would send it to her, and she would read it, the next morning. Only problem she was off the next two days, the message never was sent.I have spent tens of thousands at this place, and I think I deserve a consideration and at very least a direct answerJennifer could easily grant my requests, she just chooses not to, more reasons to find a better place to wager. This is not it.I can't understand why they have managers on duty when they don't do anything. I could do the job Jennifer is doing and I'm not even at youwagerStay away
With all their problems, they always pay, and quickly too- which is all I really care about. After a number of winning years, they don't really contact me anymore for deals and specials so I have to find out about them from other friends........BUT they pay without the bull you get from a lot of other places. I would look at Betpop instead of Youwager (same company), where the payouts are better.
Been using them for years. They have a promotion each July with a 50% bonus. This year, they ran it for less than two weeks at the end of the month and there is a limit on either WU or MG so you can't send more than around $650. I did and got a note saying they couldn't pick up the $$ unless the receiver proved they knew me. I called in and they said they knew that was the case. I asked why they had me send the money...no response. Pretty much done with them as far a sending more $$. Agree the level of service and competence are both near zero.
