Yahoops was recently placed on our QUESTIONABLE SPORTS BOOK LIST, due to a significant number of gamblers complaining of slow pay and poor customer service...

I then received an email from Ido threatening to take legal action against TheRx.com

Interestingly enough, I have learned today from a very good source that they will be taken down by oddschecker.com (a prominent European line service) for the same type of customer complaints reayments, etc, and I would assume the other odds sites in Europe, so it doesn't bode well for them at this point....

This only re-affirms our site's position on the issue...

Ken, I called this idiot Ido out when you first put him on the site.

You can't open a book with 0 customer service skills. It was only a matter of time.

Good job Ido!

You got that right! I still cannot believe I eventually got my money from him...Perhaps back then he felt some obligation to posters who threatened to go to the forums (which I did) ...The worst rep I have ever talked to offshore BY FAR!

Very good info, somehow they have attained my email address and send me stuff. I even thought about joining, but until they clear things up and I start hearing some good information about yahoops I will not consider joining!

I made a small withdrawl from there a couple of months ago. I had no problems at all.

They also have the best Canadian Football lines. I am really disappointed to hear this.

Vegas - I don't know if my word carries much weight with you but please be careful here. He will hit you when it hurts most if you are a winner.

He is on a payment plan to one guy he lost 20k to, can only pay 5k a month I think it was and has reneged on that already. His method is don't pay and see if the player knows about the forums. If he does than it "just" a slow pay, if he doesn't he keeps the money.

That cheapskate needs to hire some CS reps instead of taking all the calls himself.

One conversation with this yoyo and you will never post up.

I withdrew my balance of $4250 the day after the RX officially put them on the warning list. I received that money from Yahoops as fast as anywhere I play with and like I had everytime while playing there. Many stories that seem to appear from posters here are either third party or from more than a year ago it seems when commenting on this place.

I agree with Patrick that the "legal card" should never get played because afterall this is the internet and you can make up anything you want about anything and the more you post it the more it becomes fact so there is no basis for a slander suit.

I also agree with Vegas guy that the lines are great and personal payouts were not a problem but I don't want to be caught holding the bag when the insiders at the Prescription advise me on something because afterall that's what a watchdog is supposed to do. I just hope there can be some resolution of their rumoured stability here before hockey since it was a great out for that sport.

This really breaks my heart. I've always had a soft heart for Ido, and I knew he was the worst bookmaker in the history of offshore gambling when I would call up at 4 am, and Ido would always answer the phone after half a ring by saying Hello, sorry, I mean.. Allo, not hello lol.. Then i'd hear him chewing on his pizza and taking a sip of his coke while talking to me. He once put me on hold because the buzzer rang, i could hear it, and I'd say, who is that Ido, and he'd say, it's my pizza. I know for a fact that he would always sit naked with his balls hanging on the couch only sporting a white t shirt, and I know he used to always have tons of sauce all over it. Once he even put me on hold, put the phone down at 4 am for 3 minutes, and he went to the toilet and I can hear him pissing in the background. Then when he finished pissing, i could hear him flushing the toilet, but he never washed his hands after, as I never heard the sink running. That was when I decided I am not re upping with this guy. I don't want this man to touch my money after he has gone to the toilet and pissed and not washed his hands.

Ido used to always sleep in his office while watching tv. He never went home as that was his home 24/7. I always pictured Ido a 5'4 198 lb short fat bald Israeli man with an accent, and I think I was right on the money here. This guy ate very bad, ate late at night and loved his pizza, and never washed his hands after he peed.. But overall, I still loved the guy, and I always did have a soft heart for the kid. I never trusted that place, as I only sent 5 dimes to him. He did pay me, but did decline a couple of my payments on NETeller, don't remember why. But I hated the software, very tough to understand. If I had more than 5 dimes there, i'd be shitting my pants. But when I spoke to Kenny and told him back then that I have a very bad feeling about this guy and I don't trust Yahoops because the guy has NO idea what he is doing, ken told me I am not right at all because he told me that he would trust Ido with 100 dimes of his money, that's how safe he is. That totally shocked me, and ken would remember this for sure. But how could i have argued with the man, he would know way more than me about these things.

Ido, pls, for the love of god, don't eat pizza next time naked with your balls hanging out, and wash your hands after you take a leak, it's pretty disgusting man..

All of my bets are done over the Internet. I have talked with their customer service on a couple of occasions, and each time it was a Babe -

I read somewhere (maybe here) that Ido was a former pro basetball player in Israel (I believe )

So I would guess he`s taller than you envision...After reading that I picture some guy resembling Vlade Divac eating pizza with his balls hanging out...I cannot imagine this place having a real office either, it always seemed I was calling some guys house when I called Yahoops! At one time Ken was planning to visit but I don t think he ever did...

That's right on the money Journey. I too always pictured Ido taking bets from his living room, or sitting on the couch with the remote control in one hand, and the pen on the other. I'm sure he had a satellite dish with all his games on it and when he'd book a game, he'd turn the channel and watch all his games. His betting office, customer service office was all in his house for sure. When all the employees came in to work, the door would be open, and Ido would tell them all to take off their shoes because he just vacuumed the carpet. Although I picture Ido a slob who never cleans his house, and his bed is never made and papers all over the floor. I can't picture Ido paying for an office.

I bet Ido's office isn't half as dirty or smelley as the dump you live in fatso.
