More point shaving at Toledo

New article out today about the point shaving scandal at Toledo. I remember some of you swore up and down that the Toledo-Uconn bowl game a few years back was fixed. Looks like more evidence that you were right. To those of you that think that games are never fixed, check out the article. One Olineman considered shaving points for just $500-$1000. Crazy stuff.

I believe that other Toledo games were fixed, that one season where there were like 4 middles hit on their games is enough reason to believe that.

The bowl game however, I really doubt. That was just a case of inside info getting leaked. Certain people knew that Gradkowski wouldn't be worth shit in that game. Amstutz had played off his hand surgery as no big deal, but he couldn't even grip the ball properly and was missing targets left and right.

That whole conference seems to easily be the most iffy in all of college sports.

Many MAC games have been fixed over the years. I remember watching some of the games and at the time thinking that absolutely the fix was on. Then 2 years later you find out that the fix really was on. It sucks because I have been on the wrong end a few times and I was also on the wrong end of a few of Donaghys games too.
