This was forwarded to me from someone in the industry, your interpetation of this is as good as mine. However let's leave no rock unturned in trying to recoup what we can from this place. Since players got stiffed why wouldn't they make a claim for some of this Neteller money? No offense Reggie but you are the last person I want to see get this money in 6 months.

Our policy is to hold all funds for 180 days, thereafter we will review all claims to see who has claim on it and give a prorata distribution. You can give us a list of your NT clients who have not been paid out and we can look at prorating them, once we are able to confirm the validity of the clients, and once we are convinced there are no other claims outstanding.
