thats one of the problem, this email, and email crap, and the damn canned resposes like you are talking to a robot. I made a withdrawal before and still they are asking me again to send everything and jsut about my DNA and blood sample for 200 dollars. I have been trying to get it for over a week.
Jabow, did you get your money yet from moneybookers? I just withdrew some cash out of moneybookers yesterday to my bank account and wondering how long it will take. I have a credit card verified with them but my bank account only says "registered" and not verified. So far they haven't asked me for any extra details yet so I guess we'll see. From everything I hear its a legit company and a lot of people use it, but seems there are some hassles as far as getting everything verified.
Still waiting, problem is I withdrew before and this is my second time, but ow Im getting this prob, I really hate the canned responses, thats VERY bad, not customer friendly, ask for a statement from the bank, thats shows (moneybookers) as the sender of my previous received funs, plus name and address in the statement, problem is the statement online doesnot have the account number it has the online sign in number, also, it does not say who the wire comes from but (incoming wire) additionally they want a copy of ID, dammit I have to go through too much to get that, because i have to get it scanned/copied and have it put on a flashdrive or disk to send it via email, man, thats tooo much, Im really pissed and I wanted the money for christmas,
