Both of these teams are awful because they have terrible front offices who always make the wrong decisions.

Rams actually have some nice pieces at the skilled positions, but the offense is just so terribly coached and conceived. Their defense also has some really nice pieces, but they seem to inexplicably fall apart and quit every season.

And of course they blew their 1st rounder by taking Goff who will never be a reliable starter in this league.

49ers aren't even worth talking about, they've turned into an utter disgrace.
