Monday 2nd Half Totals

Off to a good start with these.....14-7 overall with the "biggies" going 6-2.

Tonight I made my first full game total plays.....won't start posting full games until game 11, but I did put them in the BCN contest. I took the over in the Cleveland game and the under in the Houston game.

For the second half of the Cleveland game though, it looks like this one has all the earmarks of a 2nd half UNDER......which I am NOT happy about, since I want the game to go over......but I am trying to be objective.

Refs seem to have swallowed their whistles in this one and shooting got this game off to a fast start.....but without some help from the refs, the scoring is likely to slow down in the 2nd half by quite a bit. A middle here would be great, but that is not driving this play at all.

I play mostly NBA 2nd halves as well...they are very lucrative especially when the "home discount" comes into effect....Do you by chance have MSN Messenger?

PeteJR......no.....I don't have IM.....but I do agree with you that 2nd half wagers are very lucrative....one of the HUGE benefits of playing online.

Especially for hedging purposes halftime lines are key....Having a mixture of books is good also for halftimes,,,

BTW, curious about messenger as their is a group of three of us who are all fairly solid in the NBA and on big nights we help each other out with halftime info..its was very profitable last season and good so far this year...Anywho have a good night..

Sounds interesting...I haven't pulled the trigger on too may 2nd-half lines yet this year, but have been watching them...I might be interested in that Messenger idea...I'll start practicing my half-time bets and get myself ready to pull the trigger on a few...
