11/29

Louisiana Tech + 3 , (at) Rice (3-7) is 2-5 in WAC games. LaTech (5-6) is 4-3 in WAC games. Tech at home beat Tulsa 38-21. Rice lost at Tulsa 39-22. Tech at home beat Fresno 28-21. Rice at home lost to Fresno 52-21. Tech scheduled tough going 0-5 (SU & ATS) as an away dog, including losses at No.3 Auburn, at No.9 Miami, at No.11 Boise, and at No.15 Tennessee. Stat I'm bucking. Tech is 0-2 (SU & ATS) vs. Rice past two seasons. Bol All.

Looks like both teams score and give up a LOT of points--maybe the over 59 is the play? I know 59 is a lot, but these teams would have gone over 6 of 8 in their last 4 games (combined).

EL, Rice leads the nation in rushing. Got caught in the over trap on running team Ok State on Saturday. Over never had a shot. Still, this is a new deal. Bol whatever you decide.

Thanks NickyDeuces. I'll stay off the over (I got burned on the OSU/TTech over as well--at least I had TTech). But I think Rice -3 at home looks like the better play. Granted, La Tech has fought some giants on the road, but they didn't cover against any of them. Rice coming off 16 days rest for final home game, LaTech playing 2nd road game in 9 days. GL

They are calling for possible thunderstorms in Houston tonight. Could slow the scoring down.
