Actually, two days ago the site went down completely, due to a deep freeze in Canada where the servers are located and when the site was brought back up, we had some glitches. That was Christmas Eve and Tech Support was on it until 3:00 a.m. and then back at it at 5:00 a.m. Wil is testing it now. As to the third server, it is in place and actually allowed for the site to speed up and allow our posters to get through, which is the reason we broke our record a couple of weeks ago and almost again this past Sunday. I'm sure the glitches will be history shortly and we'll be back at full speed. BTW, I'd like to wish you and yours a belated Merry Christmas as well as a Happy New Year!
Blah Blah Blah....The Rx wants a pat on the back for fixing the servers....They contantly go down and slow this site up and everytime they fix it for a little while and it goes back out they say that they had people working around the clock to fix it....Guess what if I'm a tech support guy and my job is to get a site up and running then it doesn't matter if it takes me 1 minute or 10 hours to do it. I would still be doing my job. Stop patting everyone on the back and pretending and just upgrade a server that works and doesn't have any problems. This is 2008 about to be 2009. You guys act like the internet was just invented last year.
