When you open a new account it has a box on that page to put therx300 into.

new account, and I looked very carefully all along the process. Went has far as initiating a new deposit, where there were bonus options but no rx300 option

at that point I initiated a live chat and even provided a link to the bonus thread. if that didn't turn on any lights, I'm done trying

I'll see if their representative on this board contacts me, otherwise I'm just moving on

CS agents are often unaware of special offers, go on live chat and ask to speak to a supervisor and they will get it fixed for you since the offer was legit and offered here by a BETDSI rep.

agreed. doesnt make sense why they dont tell the employees but yes this was a specialized offer. I am confident this will get worked out. Willie, if you had buried them in past I would actually think they may not give you the bonus, but for a new acct this should be pretty straight forward once they recall on the Rx300 code.

They have always done it different but it's the same, 10X deposit & bonus, 20X deposit comes out the same, for some reason they refuse to explain like all other books do.
