I need help posting a new avatar.

I lost a wager to one Mr. Carter. Apparently Scott has pull with some cheating refs in the NHL. (the lengths he will go to to win a bet is amazing)

Anyways, I am being told by the RX that this picture is too big and I am not sure how to resize it.

Could somebody put this up as my avatar?

I would have picked something the whole world would know about and you wouldn't like it
